The draw
All 48 World Cup nations are randomly assigned to participants.
  • Fewer than 48 players? Some people will receive multiple teams.
  • More than 48 players? Some teams will be shared — if that team wins, the prize is split equally among all holders.

Win prizes
20% of all donations forms the prize pot, split across two stages:
  • Semi-finals: 40% of the prize pot shared among holders of the four semi-finalist teams.
  • Final: 60% of the prize pot goes to whoever holds the World Cup winners.

Once all donations have been received, 80% will be transferred to the Accenture Think18 JustGiving page. The remaining 20% will be kept safe for the prize draw.
Prize breakdown by stage
How the prize pot works: The prize pot is 20% of all donations. 60% goes to whoever holds the winning team. 40% goes to holders of the four semi-finalist teams. These four teams split that 40% equally. If one person holds more than one semi-finalist team, they receive a proportionally larger share.
